Always…Patsy Cline was inspired by the real-life friendship between the country music legend and a Texan housewife, Louise Seger, which began at a Houston nightclub in 1961.

Louise had been an avid Patsy fan after seeing her idol sing on national television in 1957’s Arthur Godfrey Show. They met when Louise arrived early for the gig, and bumped into Patsy checking out the club. Over the course of that evening they became good friends.

The show’s title is inspired by Patsy’s letters to Louise, which she signed “Love Always…Patsy Cline”.

Created by Ted Swindley, Always…Patsy Cline features the music of the talented and troubled singer who was killed in a plane crash when she was just 30 years old.

It chronicles the good, bad, happy and sad times of two women, true friendship and features 27 of Patsy’s greatest hits.
